A :  Payment is by cash or card.

Q : HOW MUCH ARE THE PUMPKINS?

A :  As a guide, the miniature pumpkins are 50p each, and then they range from £1 upwards.  We simply use the size guide below to price them.

Q : CAN I BRING MY DOG ?

A :  Due to hygiene reasons, we are afraid that dogs are not allowed on the actual pumpkin patch, but you are more than welcome to let them run around the field as long as they stay away from cars and pumpkins !

Q :  IS THERE FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS ?

A :  Yes absolutely ! The Rock Box are with us every day to provide delicious pulled pork baps, bacon sandwiches, burgers, pizza, vegetarian options. chips, hot and cold drinks etc.  Cash and card accepted.

A : Yes, lots of free parking near to the pumpkin patch.

A :  Yes !

Q : ARE YOU OPEN DURING THE WEEK?

A : We are only open at the weekends I am afraid!

Q :  IS THE PUMPKIN PATCH PUSHCHAIR AND PRAM FRIENDLY ?

A  :  Pumpkins grow naturally in a very sprawling and uneven manner which means it is not very easy to push a buggy or wheelchair through the patch. If it has been raining, it is also likely that the patch will be muddy.

Q :  HOW DO WE FIND THE PUMPKIN PATCH ?

A:  We recommend that you do not use a satnav to find us because the lanes get very congested.  Please see below for directions and follow the signs.

Q : HOW MANY PUMPKINS ARE THERE ?

A : Thousands and thousands and thousands ! We plant about 20,000 seeds, some plants will produce more than one pumpkin, and other seeds won't germinate at all. But there is certainly plenty out there and over twenty five different varieties !

Q :  HOW FAR IS THE BEACH ?

A :  South Milton Sands (home to Thurlestone Rock) is just a 10-15 minute walk the pumpkin patch.  Leave you car at the patch for free parking all day, wander down to the beach and let the children run off that excess energy !

AND FINALLY WE SUGGEST YOU BRING :

  • Wellies ! There is likely to be mud !

  • Somthing to protect your boot from the inevitable mud!

  • Perhaps a cloth or wipes for hands !

FANCY DRESS FOR CHILDREN, ADULTS & DOGS WELCOME !
